All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost quoted at checkout. 

We offer the following delivery options:

• UK DHL Next Day (order by 2pm) - £8 
• USA DHL Express 1-2 days - £20
• REST OF WORLD DHL Express 3-4 days - £20 

Individual products with extended delivery estimations are clearly noted on their product page and orders are followed with a delivery estimation email.

Please note: unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Russia.

YAITTE insures all purchases during time in transit until delivered and signed for.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note Yaitte cannot guarantee delivery dates which are dependant on our chosen courier service. If your delivery is delayed and you want to discuss this please do get in touch info@yaitte.com. 

If you have chosen a product with an extended delivery time this will be clearly noted on the product page, and once you have placed the order we will follow up with an email to confirm the extended delivery estimation.

 

DELIVERY STATUS

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email info@yaitte.com with your Order Number so we can help locate your parcel. 

 

RETURNS

We accept items for return that are unworn & unwashed with original packaging up to 14 days after purchase. For all worldwide returns please contact us directly info@yaitte.com.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

1. If you wish to return an item purchased online please e-mail us at info@yaitte.com prior to shipping and within 14 days of receiving your items.

2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, or any other secure packaging.

3. Write your order number clearly on the front of the return package.

4. Close the package securely to avoid any damage.

UK RETURNS

Please return to the address stated on your returns document included in the original packaging. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns, we provide a tailored return process using DHL couriers. Following your email to request a return, we will email you the relevant DHL returns labels and organise a suitable date at your choice for the return package to be collected via courier.

To cover your return courier service please note the following fees apply;

EUROPE - £20

USA - £20

REST OF WORLD - £35

The relevant fee and initial shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount when the return package is received and processed.

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once your return is received and processed, your full refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and above stated return charges. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

 

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotion code can be refunded for the price purchased.

 

CAN I RETURN A MADE TO ORDER ITEM?

All Made to Order items purchased are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size please email us info@yaitte.com and we will check current stock to confirm whether this is possible.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at info@yaitte.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an item you did not order, please email us with your order number at at info@yaitte.com so that we can resolve this for you.
