HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout.
We offer the following options:
- 3-5 day service at a cost of £6.00
- International shipment is at a cost of £15.00
- Next working day shipping is available - Please contact us for a quote depending on your postcode area.
Yaitte insures all purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered and signed for.
EXPRESS: Delivery is 3-5 business days for Express Delivery please send us an email email@example.com.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once your order has been placed and prepared ready for shipment we will send you an email with the tracking details.
UPS EXPRESS DOMESTIC/ UK SHIPPING – You will receive an email and SMS letting you know that your order has shipped along with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery. You will be able to track your item on the UPS website here. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.
UPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – You will receive an email and SMS letting you know that your order has shipped with all your tracking details. UPS will deliver your parcel within 2-3 Business Days. You will be able to track your item on the UPS website here. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAX & DUTIES?
Please note, all Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges differ from Country to Country and we cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Yaitte products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
All of our products are priced in British Pounds/Sterling. At checkout, you will be charged in pounds and therefore subject to the exchange rate used by your bank or credit card company at the time of sale.
DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS?
We accept items for return that are unworn & unwashed with original packaging within 14 days after purchase. Please see Shipping and Returns page for more information.
HOW DO I PRE ORDER AN ITEM?
Products that are available for pre order are clearly marked on their individual product website pages. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an item for pre order and we will personally process the order for you. Estimated delivery dates for each pre order will be confirmed via email prior to purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
