WHAT ARE YOUR COVID19 PRECAUTIONS 

We are a small luxury business and therefore only one person will be handling your order to select, wrap, pack and send. We can therefore take extra care with cleanliness as we process your order. Once we have sent your order either via Royal Mail for the UK or DHL for International orders, each delivery company will take on their own high standard set of COVID19 precautions for delivery to your door.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

**Due to extra COVID19 precautions please do bear with us if your order takes a little longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • FREE UK DELIVERY 3-5 day standard service.
  • UK next working day at a cost of £7.30
  • International shipment 5-8 day service is at a cost of £15.00
  • Individual products with extended delivery estimations are clearly noted on their product page and orders are followed with a delivery estimation email.

Yaitte insures all purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered and signed for.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Once your order has been placed and prepared ready for shipment we will send you an email with the tracking details.

DHL EXPRESS DOMESTIC/ UK SHIPPING 

You will receive email confirmation when your order has shipped along with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery. You will be able to track your item on the DHL website. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.

DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You will receive email confirmation when your order has shipped with all your tracking details. DHL will deliver your parcel within 2-3 Business Days. You will be able to track your item on the DHL website. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?

All of our products are priced in British Pounds/Sterling. You can choose to view a product in EUR or USD using the currency selector at the top of the website. At checkout, you will be charged in pounds and therefore subject to the exchange rate used by your bank or credit card company at the time of sale.

DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS?

We accept items for return that are unworn & unwashed with original packaging within 14 days after purchase. Please see Shipping and Returns page for more information.

HOW DO I PRE ORDER AN ITEM?

Items that are available for pre order are clearly marked in the product title. From the product page you can choose your required size and email us to request an item for pre order and we will personally process the order for you. Estimated delivery dates for each pre order will be confirmed via email prior to purchase. Each pre order purchase is individually made to order and therefore non-refundable once shipped.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

You can redeem your gift card on any item in our online store up to one calendar year from the purchase date. Simply choose your item and enter your gift code at checkout to receive your discount. Please note, minimum order spend is £50.
