All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout.
We offer the following options:
- 3-5 day service at a cost of £6.00
- International shipment is at a cost of £15.00
- Next working day shipping is available - Please contact us for a quote depending on your postcode area.
Yaitte insures all purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered and signed for.
Please note Yaitte cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore, subject to specifics, please allow up to 4 working days for delivery within UK and 5 working days for Channel Islands and International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description. This is subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation.
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Your Orders". If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email email@example.com with your Order Number so we can help locate your parcel.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note, all Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges differ from Country to Country and we cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Yaitte products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept items for return that are unworn & unwashed with original packaging 14 days after purchase. For all worldwide returns please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
1. If you wish to return an item purchased online you must first e-mail us at email@example.com prior to shipping and within 14 days of receiving your items for a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).
2. Enclosed in your order you will find your Returns Slip, please ensure this is filled in with your Return Authorisation number and sent back with your return so we're able to identify and process your return as quickly as possible.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotion code can be refunded for the price purchased.
CAN I RETURN A PRE ORDERED ITEM?
Pre order items purchased are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and repurchase your preferred item/size once we've refunded you.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition if for some reason you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?If you have received an item you did not order, please email us with your order number at at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you.
