All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout.
We offer the following options:
- FREE UK DELIVERY 3-5 day standard service.
- EXPRESS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 2-3 day service at a cost of £15.
- AUSTRALIA DELIVERY 4-5 day service at a cost of £18.
Yaitte insures all purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered and signed for.

Please note Yaitte cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore, subject to specifics, please allow up to 8 working days for International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description. This is subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation.
If you have chosen a product with an extended delivery time this will be clearly noted on the product page, and once you have placed the order we will follow up with an email to confirm the extended delivery estimation.
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number so we can help locate your parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept items for return that are unworn & unwashed with original packaging up to 14 days after purchase. For all worldwide returns please contact us directly email@example.com.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
1. If you wish to return an item purchased online please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping and within 14 days of receiving your items.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, or any other secure packaging.
3. Write your order number clearly on the front of the return package.
4. Close the package securely to avoid any damage.
Please return to the address stated on your returns document included in the original packaging.
For International returns, we provide a tailored return process using DHL couriers. Following your email to request a return, we will email you the relevant DHL returns labels and organise a suitable date at your choice for the return package to be collected via courier.
To cover your return courier service please note the following fees apply;
EUROPE - £20
USA - £20
REST OF WORLD - £35
The relevant fee will be deducted from your final refund amount when the return package is received and processed.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received and processed, your full refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotion code can be refunded for the price purchased.
CAN I RETURN A MADE TO ORDER OR PRE ORDER ITEM?
'Made to Order' and 'Pre order' items purchased are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and repurchase your preferred item/size once we have refunded you.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at email@example.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?If you have received an item you did not order, please email us with your order number at at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve this for you.
